New FP7 energy-related calls published on July 10th.

Participants in the workshop "The Electric Vehicle" explain their experience with the latest technological advances related to the EV at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya · BarcelonaTech. SSC are organized by FECYT and the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, in collaboration with Obra Social "la Caixa".

(e)co House in Solar Decathlon Europe 2012

19 university teams from 12 different countries, are competing this month in the Solar Decathlon Europe to build the most efficient house powered by sun energy.

The first 10 students recruited by this Chinese university to take part in the three years tailored training programme have already arrived in Barcelona.

The academic year 2012-2013 offers new rooms and working spaces aimed at visiting teachers and researchers, PhD students, and academic and business meetings.
