UPC Award 2014

The UPC Award aims to promote high school and vocational training student interest in architecture, science and sustainable technology, as well as for the value of sustainability applied to the design and development of their research projects.

The award-winning projects of the 14th UPC Award, which this year intends to encourage student interest in the contribution of technology to sustainable development in the fields of construction, energy and climate change, are:

1st Prize - Category "High School": Projection of a market in Torredembarra

Runner-up - Category "High School": Design and assembly of an electric scooter, as an alternative eco transport
1st Prize - Category "Vocational Training": Design and CAD/CAE validation of an electric chair for stairs
