UPC researchers to develop the electric car of the future

The Motion Control and Industrial Application group (MCIA) and the Centre Tecnològic de Manresa (CTM), have been selected by INFRANOR to work together in a international consortium within the framework of a Iberoeka project: VEUREE

VEUREE project aims at designing and developing a platform for a high-performance electric vehicle able to maximize energy efficiency.

The new car is expected to be ready in 2015 and will be built by the mexican company TC Technologies.
