Repsol launches the first private Fund for Entrepeneurs on energy efficiency in Spain

The fund is aimed at encouraging talent and support the entrepeneurs to develope business projects on energy efficiency.
Repsol Foundation launches the Fund for Entrepreneurs on energy efficiency aimed at supporting the best business projects that provide solutions for energy saving and promote the responsible use of energy. The Foundation will allocate to this fund, besides the technical, financial and legal assistance, such an amount that, altogether, may represent 1.5 million per year.
The call, open until November 30, triggers the process that will select the five best business projects and business plans for energy efficiency to be developed in Spain.
The call for proposals aims to attract business proposals and new projects focused on the development of: new processes, technologies, services, products and materials, storage technologies, management of transport networks / power distribution and information technologies, whose applications will result in the energy efficiency improvement and / or savings in energy consumption.
