First ESA Incubator in Spain

On November 27th took place in the Baix Llobregat Campus, the official opening of the ESA BIC Barcelona, the first incubator of the European Space Agency (ESA) in Spain.

Hemav, IP anywhere, DAPCOM and Born Positiu are the first companies to be incubated at ESA BIC Barcelona, hosted in the Parc UPC RDIT Building and managed by Barcelona Activa.

Born Positiu focus on the efficient management of renewable energy sources from technology developed for the SMART-1 mission on Mars. In the incubator, it will develop an intelligent control system that allows integration of microgenerator with multiple energy sources, providing maximum power quality in the most sustainable, economical and convenient way.
