2011 Environmental and sustainable ideas competition

The university launches this year the 14th contest focused on the topic "The social responsibility of the UPC relies on you too!"

The ideas to be submitted to the contest can tackle any of the 5 challenges the 2015 UPC Sustainable Plan gives priority. The ideas should detail both how they can contribute to the emission reduction and the resources to be deployed in order to engage the citizens in the solution promotion. The challenges are:

Edification, ENERGY and climate change
Water cycle management
Social responsibility of the technology
Territory, mobility and logistics
Materials, resources and waste management
