In this lecture Dr. Carles Riba will explain the benefits and challenges of the transition from the current system based on non-renewable energy system towards renewable energy, clean and inexhaustible. The alternative are renewable energies such as hydro, wind, solar and biomass.
Dr. Shore explain how the transition to renewable energy is cheaper in the long run than doing it and also ensures the future energy supply. The transition is especially vital for Southern Europe, Spain and Catalonia.
