ETSEIB Motorsport Team, formed by students of the Escola Superior d'ténica Enginyeria Industrial de Barcelona (ETSEIB) of the UPC, presented on July 17, the electric car CAT07e. The team will participate this summer in various circuits that are part of the Formula Student competition: from 29 July to 3rd of August they will in Hockenheim (Germany), from 7 to 10 August in Hradec Kralove (Czech Republic) and from 28 to August 31 at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, Montmeló.

The CAT07e has among its features the 85 kilowatts of power provided by its two rear engines. This electric vehicle weighs 260 kilograms, comes to an acceleration of 0 to 100km/hora in three seconds and achieves a top speed of 120Km/hora.
