The first postgraduate course on Electric Vehicle in Spain

The UPC School will offer next year the course "Electric Vehicles and Other Propulsion Technologies Applied to Automotive", a pioneer postgraduate programme in Spain born to meet the changing needs of the automotive industry.
The postgraduate course, coordinated by the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the UPC, is the first course adapted to the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) focused on electric vehicles (EV) and their technologies in Spain, and has the support and participation of teachers from the UPC aas well as from various companies, institutions and research centers of the automotive and energy sector.
The new course, which by its nature and content comes connected to Campus Energia, is aimed at providing professionals for the catalan automotive industry to help this industry to become a point of reference in terms of hybrid and EV development and related technologies, as well as to become part of a more sustainable mobility model to face the present environmental and technological challenges.
