New ideas in Solvin (Solvay Spain)
The factory located in Martorell redesigns its system of ideas.
Innovation is the key to improve the company competitiveness, aware of this fact Solvin has decided to launch a process aimed at restructuring its system of ideas, and to do so has contacted to Innova Programme from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya UPC.BarcelonaTech to work together on this goal.
After several meetings, the signature of an agreement and become a Energy Campus partner, technicians of this university along with Solvin have been working on the new Innovation Programme. So far, they have produced a detailed diagnosis of the system and have addressed to the Management a number of proposals for improvement (for both incremental and disruptive innovation); proposals that are currently being analyzed in order to be reported and implemented.
