"Les Idees es mouen" is a new initiative jointly developed by Endesa and Fundación Universidad-Empresa aimed at promoting participant far-going ideas. The contestant to submit the winning idea will be awarded with 3,000€ and a seat in the STEP professional programme. This induction programme combines academic training on personal development (worth 10,700€) with new technologies and paid internships in Endesa.
