Energy efficiency as a tool for environmental quality

In the Seminar, the transposition in Spain of European Directive 2012/27/EU on energy efficiency will be discussed as well as strategies and mechanisms for turning energy efficiency improvement into a business opportunity and to achieve the goal of reducing emissions by 20% in the Member States overall in 2020. In the second part of the Seminar, ideas for improving energy efficiency both in buildings and in transport will be brought up and different funding mechanisms for energy efficiency projects will be made known.
