The SBD Smart Congress will be the Catalan, Spanish and European meeting point to discover the latest trends in the world of smart cities.
Recognised speakers from national and international spheres will give their views on the city in all its dimensions: economy, energy, environment, social welfare, technology and governance.
Presentations, roundtables and spaces to show and directly apply technologically based R&D from multinationals and small creative entrepreneurs. An unprecedented opportunity to bring together in a single space all relevant actors in the universe of “smart cities”: public bodies, companies, research centres and single enterprising.
The Congress objective is to anticipate future needs of citizens and enhance the knowledge economy so that it becomes the primary source of wealth creation in the European Union, according to the EU 2020 strategy.
